Minimum three years experience as a Project Manager in commercial and industrial construction assignments and at least ten years electrical construction-related field experience.
Demonstrated success in management of projects with an electrical construction value between $10,000 and $2,000,000.
Demonstrated proficiency in these areas: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance.
Proficient in personal computer-based estimating, scheduling, document control, spreadsheet and word processing applications. These include: Electrical Bid Manager, Outlook, Excel and Word.
Excellent ability to communicate, both written and oral.
Thorough understanding of building construction methods, principles and practices.
Extensive knowledge of construction project management and a history of delivering projects on-time and on-budget while never compromising quality or safety.
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing demands simultaneously.
Effective analytical and personal computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization.
Ability to meet deadlines and act as a self-starter.
