Minimum three years experience working in the electrical construction field.
Demonstrated success in prioritizing and managing tasks
Demonstrated proficiency in these areas: interpersonal skills, computer skills, budgeting/cost control, safety, attention to detail.
Proficient in working with MS word, Excel, Outlook, understanding scheduling, document control.
Excellent ability to communicate, both written and oral.
Thorough understanding of building construction methods, principles and practices.
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing demands simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization.
Ability to meet deadlines and act as a self-starter.
Develop and implement a dynamic vehicle/inventory tracking system for vehicles, material and tools.
Be responsible for tool management including cleaning, repair and tracking.
Develop and maintain working relationships with vendors.
Demonstrated personal management skills.
Ability to function well and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Be familiar with the Southern California territory from Bakersfield to San Diego.
